Terms
Updated 2026-10-05
These terms cover your use of GigClub. By creating an account or using the feed, you agree to them.
What GigClub is
GigClub gathers freelance gigs that are published elsewhere and presents them in one ranked feed. We do not create the gigs, we are not a party to any engagement you take on, and we do not act as an agent or recruiter.
Cards carry an AI-written summary and a quality score. Both are heuristics, not guarantees: always open the original posting and check it before you act.
Beta and price
GigClub is in a free private beta. There are no fees during the beta, and a paid tier exists in the code but is not switched on. If that changes, the price and what it buys will be shown before you are asked to pay anything.
Your account
Keep your sign-in secure and your details accurate. You are responsible for what happens through your account. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live to use GigClub.
Using GigClub fairly
Do not scrape, resell or bulk-extract the feed; do not use it to send unsolicited bulk messages; do not attempt to break, overload or bypass the service or its access controls. We may suspend an account that does.
Third-party content
Gigs and the pages they link to belong to their sources and their posters, and their own terms apply when you follow a link. We remove a gig when the source removes it or when it is reported; we cannot promise every listing is accurate, current or legitimate.
Availability and liability
The service is provided “as is”, without warranties. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, or that a gig will still be open. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost opportunities, lost profits, or indirect losses arising from your use of GigClub.
Ending it, and changes
You can close your account at any time from the Account page. We may change these terms; the date at the top changes with them, and continuing to use GigClub after a change means you accept it.
Draft — still to confirm with the owner
- The legal entity's registered name and address.
- The governing law and the courts that hear disputes.
- A contact address for notices.
- A final read by a lawyer before these are relied on.
